Guard Passing: Posture Check

Super simple idea, but we can calibrate center by feeling for mid-foot balance if passing standing or mid-shin balance from shins/knees.

People often mistakingly assume posture is about where our torso is, but it begins with our connection to the ground.

Finally, while do I use combat base to stave off triangle and armlock attempts, it is not as strong as posture as shins/knees or standing because of the narrower base it requires.
