Training: The Common Sense Of Reps

If our Jiu-Jitsu is a forever unfinished dream home, drilling is a tool to help us build more effectively.  

The problem with just sparring is it leaves scenarios to chance.

Reps on the other hand, trained well, are a microcosm of sparring.  They potentially allow for what could take hundreds of hours of sparring time in fifteen minutes.
