Principles: Pressure

Pressure is the sister principle of Contact:

Ideally, you have four or more (trunk and head count too) points of objective oriented contact, connecting yourself to training partner or earth:

Taking these things into account, what specific pressure(s) are these contacts coagulating to achieve?

Remember, good pressure increases the amount of weight your opponent carries while simultaneously providing increased sensitivity to movement via connection. Design accordingly.
