Psychology: Pleasure, Pain, & The Present

A big part of the reason people aren’t more present is it isn’t inherently exciting. Call it an anti-intoxicant, independent of high/low measurements and accompanying pleasure/pain.



No belts, no comparisons, and no identity beyond the sweet serenity of plan, friend, and training space:
