Training: Repping New Positions

When repping out new positions that are research supported and relate to YOUR sparring, play with breaking things down into small chunks, repping those first for muscle memory before assembling everything back together.

Remember, no rush, erring on the side manageable and easy. If things are hard you’re probably rushing things and/or missing information. Either way, you need to slow down and re-calibrate.
