Training: Practicing vs. Fidgeting

‘Practice’ implies a degree of planning, structure, and intention.

Fidgeting is more of a brain fart approach.  It can be fruitful, but things are left much more left to chance.

I don’t think either is right or wrong, just keep in mind the more specific the question the better quality answer.  It’s about percision and awareness, not being a training nazi. Think of it as refined play. 🙂
