Takedowns: Science Of Sprawling

In studying sprawling, noticed two distinctive approaches:

Squared sprawl and angled sprawl.

Angled sprawling w/ one leg back:

Angled sprawl drill w/o training partner @ 14:20-14:30:

Squared sprawling w/ both legs back @ :30-:38:

Another squared sprawl mixed in with shadowing wrestling:

Typically, angled sprawling is going to be used from a staggered stance where and opponent attacks front leg, and squared from a square stance.

Scenario with BOTH angles used in concert @ 8:43-36:38:

Thanks to Albert White, Cary Kolat, John Smith, Barry Davis for the instruction!
